Outfit Of The Day: The Floaty Dress FEAT Zaful

3 Aug 2016

Hello lovely people! I've been meaning to show you these items for quite some time now but literally it has been apart of a blogging to do list which is sky high, and each time I've worked them into my outfit routine either the weather has been an utter let down or I've just not felt comfortable. I'm not going to attempt to take photographs when I'm unhappy with how the whole shoot is turning out, including my own appearance. As you can see I finally took the daring plunge and removed my hair extensions!!! Long story short but they just weren't doing it for me, I work long shifts in an environment where hair extensions aren't practical, so I decided to take them out and let my natural hair breathe. It's so healthy now and the length of all my choppy layers is something I am happy with now, so I'm quite content to not have my extensions in. Don't get me wrong I will definitely have them put back in eventually, but for now I'm going to have fun again with short hair. ANYWAY. I felt super confident with my hair and new lipstick that when putting together these outfits kindly sent to me by brand called Zaful*
, the look I wanted to create finally worked!

I am super into my floaty dresses at the moment, not only do they make me feel super nice but they're ideal for summer because you can keep cool. I have two dresses to show you and the first is this dark floral number*  which is my perfect way of feeling like I'm being more summery whilst still wearing something that's black. There's so many features to this dress that I love, especially the flared out sleeves which is majorly on trend lately and the low cut v style neck! ZAFUL really does follow the trends whilst also having that unique style that you know no one else will have. I've wanted a dress like this for so long without knowing where to even purchase it, so to have a website offering quality dresses at affordable prices is awesome!

This colourful patterned dress* was my daring option and thanks to that little voice in my head telling me to go for something different that I don't already have in my wardrobe. I'm hesitant towards colour even though I think this light pink really suits me, it is different and despite me showing you it styled quite casually I think it would look awesome dressed with heels and a floppy hat! I'm waiting for the sun to revisit us so I can put it to the test.

Again I am a huge fan of the flared sleeves which is sectioned with a cheeky cut out feature, which has pieces of material creating stripes running down the arms, around the bust, neckline and across the sleeves at elbow level. I think it must be the pattern which reminds me of the 60's but I thought it was such a cool piece! I've given it a little shape with a belt but the dress is incredibly floaty without it, hanging just above the knee and this is in a larger size as they didn't have a small. I could imagine the small being too tight now which isn't how this dress is meant to be worn.

What do you guys think? Have you ever purchased from ZAFUL? I've always been quite hesitant of over sea brands but the quality of clothing removed any doubt I started with! Definitely give them a little look and I will also be posting two more outfits featuring Zaful as they sent me so much to show you guys!

Until next time,

*These items were sent to me for free in exchange for a blog post, all opinions are truthful and my own! You guys know I wouldn't review anything that was negative and I would definitely share if anything was wrong with this company xoxo
